Do Muslims really?

Ban all muslim restaurants in the west they're not compatible with hygiene standards.

Imagine going to a muslim restaurant and you get food served with some extra flies...how long has this been happening in the USA and the west? The health department needs to inspect and shutdown all food places operated by muslims.

According to Islam if a fly falls in your drink, dip it fully, as one wing carries disease and the other the cure.

Scientifically, no evidence supports disease/cure segregation by wing. Flies carry pathogens; dipping risks contamination. Some studies note antimicrobial peptides in flies, but the specific claim lacks substantiation and is unhygienic.

Is it safe to eat in a muslim restaurant/ eatery or should a clause be included by the health department as not to hurt the religious sentiment of Islam?
