It's not something worth bragging about, but Proto Fragments was/is technically more popular than SF. Since it got a 16 HOUR-LONG drama CD it's safe to say that an anime for it wouldn't be prioritized. HOWEVER, that does lead the door open for Prototype to finally get written in full, be it LN or anime.
I don't see the point in locking away abs Gil and redhead Perseus if there's no new Proto project to go with them

I'd say that... were it not for Lost Einherjar being stuck in limbo. It's as if it's her B-project and her focus is either on FGO or something that will tie into FGO
