I got a whole ass new PC for Windows 11 because I didn't want to taint the ol' reliable with it.
I ended up giving the old PC to my brother and installing Windows 11 on it anyways... yeah... TPM2.0 is apparently just a BIOS option on "modern" (10th gen intel) CPUs/MOBOs.
At least I have a 5070 now so that's nice.
