Without a doubt in my mind, it's Neeko. Which funnily enough used to be from Ionia too (fantasy Asia), but later, some devs made a champion in the very new fantasy LATAM and retcon'd Neeko there along with some old champions so the region won't be empty. While I won't mind Neeko in a 30 character roster, I certainly do mind in a 10 character roster when you could pick so many more interesting characters over her. Most of Neeko's character is "I'm so gay and happy! :D" with only one interesting quote: "Survival means blending in." I also expect her to be revealed somewhere in December.
