Kira is my favorite female Star Trek character. All her solo episodes range from good to great. Only the Vedek Bareil episodes suck because he's a dullard. Kinos right off the top off my head:

>the one where she gets kidnapped by Cardassians and gets a spoon put in her head

It's not quite a solo ep but I also love when she gets stuck teaching Damar and his men terrorist war tactics. Her growth through the show is fun to watch and I love a spitfire type.
