Well son that is a state with racial inmate head count quota contact with Uncle Sam. Not all cop shops do that only the anti-White ones. If they arrest 50 niggers they HAVE to go out and arrest/ticket/fuck with 50 white contractors/truckers/bikers to "prove" that their cop shop isn't racist if they want that sweet block grant cash this time next quarter. More niggers would be in jail if American didn't turn law into just another soulless assembly line business with no morals or principles.
On the other hand this DOES keep some random White person who can't prove their innocence out of jail at least, the only bright side to this sort of dishonestly.
