There's nothing wrong with any cosmetic trickery so long as you are honest with whoever you are talking to; this goes for makeup, wigs, surgery, and all the other things that make people look better. Hiding this stuff just perpetuates it into the future; genetic fitness is important. Hopefully gene editing will be figured out in the next century and we can leave this stuff behind forever.
