Idk. I don't think that I have ever seen a truly aestethic guy who couldnt also lift some "serious" weight.
Every guy that has a kinobody level physique or better has been able to bench at least 3pl8 from my experience without fail. 140-160kg seems to be the general range.
dont confuse this message with doing ss+gomad for 10+ years. you dont need to train like a powerlifter. and just because you can bench a lot doesnt mean that you skip training biceps and abs. like you if you cant even bench 100kg you probably (not probably but absolutely) just dont have all that much muscle.
