I get that Anne is pretty immature but it seems weird for her to be obsessing so hard over Luna when she seems to already have plenty of friends her age. Kinda selfish infact, she should keep hanging out with her old friends.
She didn't even know that Luna was an assassin child until after she joined Albus's company so it's not like she was looking for someone her age that would also understand what it's like to work in a violent profession. If guess if you consider Albus and Anne getting downed in the graveyard ambush to be the canon outcome of that mission, then it sorta makes sense but even then Anne didn't know what actually happened there.
She really hung out with that girl for one day and decided trying to "save" Luna would be her life's goal.
