You're right on it being break, same type of supposedly charming purple freak that amasses fans.
That's a really great choice and incredible luck for a first manga, I haven't really read notable manga before or after it, the anime is... bad.
I had seen it before I had learnt of the manga's reputation and existence and quite literally had just dropped the anime because of how bad it was.
