The only problem is the window and maybe the muzzle velocity.

The only problem with the background muzzle flash theory is that the bullet would have been way too slow. That spot is only 20 meters away from Charlie Kirk, a bullet would take less than 0.03 seconds to travel that.

Otherwise, this is a very sus spot. If someone could somehow make an opening on that window nobody would even notice a shooter was there.
