Teyvat doesn't take place in the HSR universe. Teyvat is in a dying universe where all the stars are red and dimmed. Fuli would've gazed upon Teyvat because of abnormal time and space altered by the Shade of Space when she separated the twins, but Fuli didn't. Nanook would've gazed upon Teyvat because the Abyss or Surtalogi are Destructive forces, but Nanook didn't. Teyvat is in a completely separate universe.
