First, make sure everything that's going into your body isn't something your body will badly react to. Do the following a couple days, then let your body rest for a day before moving on to the next:

~1200mg of freeze dried bovine mammary (w/o ovarian tissue) on an empty stomach
One glass of unpasteurized milk an hour before you lay down for the day

Fenugreek and red clover are helpful but aren't crucial. However, it's important you give the freeze dried bovine mammary (w/o ovarian tissue) and unpasteurized milk as much benefit of the doubt as possible.

Now that you've established what your body can handle, do all four of the steps listed above every single day.
When you lay down for the day, you're now going to give your breasts a massage for 20 minutes to stimulate the lymph nodes, gently kneading the tissue (pushing toward your areolas) and applying some light rotation
Do this for around 3 months, consistency is KEY. Set reminders on your phone if you have to!
Month 1: You will likely not see any real growth
Month 2: This is when most of the growth typically occurs
Month 3: Growth slows and eventually starts to taper off
This pattern is what is most typical, but it can depend on your body, so just keep doing it and don't be discouraged
If it seems like the growth hasn't fully tapered off yet, you can and should CONTINUE until you're confident it has
