Question: If my trainee wins a G1 that her parents also won, will that add affinity rating to any inspirations that are still coming up?

I've been seeing comments that there's some kind of multiplier for skill durations, but I can't find anything specific, just that it has something to do with stamina. Is there any truth to this or is it just more bullshit that insecure tryhards are making up to confuse newer players?
