Someone with a good memory already mentioned Dead Leaves. In that OVA the female protagonist got pregnant, gave birth a few hours later and the mutant baby went from infancy to old age within minutes (before fusing with a giant space worm and exploding). Curiously her name was Pandy, because of the circle around her eye.
