Why not just invade Poland as Ukraine? You can "invade them" while it's all just a ruse and and then simply let Poland assume your territory in name only. Incorporate your government and armed forces into Poland as terms of "surrender". If Russia wanted to continue the war, they would have to do so against a NATO signatory at that point. Once things simmer down a little, Ukraine and Poland "agree to a secession of territory" lol
