I cook in restaurant. I cannot give you full confidence there will be NO spit in your food, but I can at least assure you the line isnt spitting in your food. Those waitresses are spiteful cunts and complain on anything less than what they "perceive" as 30%.

Even working there, I too try to avoid places where more than 1, 2 at most, sets of hands are handling my food.
