i work 11hr shifts, overlapping with the few hours the Y is open on those days. had a burdened hike planned after work but tricked myself into thinking a bite at maccas would be okay. i got 3 piece chicken tender and a spicy snack wrap (~720 cal together, almost equal macro ratios) but felt famished when i got home and ate my normal dinner
