That's Option, from the Gradius series. We're getting it in Rush Duel too, although as a retrain. Multiple is basically the equivalent to Option but from the Salamander series, which is why it's associated with Lord British rather than Vic Viper in Yugioh. The fact that Multiple Token isn't destroyed even if Lord British is destroyed in TCG is probably also a reference to how Multiple works in the arcade, where it stays where it is even if you die, while Options blow up with you. Multiple in Rush is basically an Option substitute (for fusion and support) but also has an additional effect to change the opponent's battle position if you have Lord British in the field.
