neat world to explore but not much to find
dogshit upgrades and near-useless combat passives, I SLEEP

finally forced myself to beat this game just so i had the authority to say how mid it was. got 74% completion in 15 hours. its not even hard. the only hard part is getting the motivation to play through it. its legit so boring. no direction. forced backtracking. the only time i died more than twice is some platforming in the crystal mines. i beat the hollow knight and was like is that literally it? he doesnt even do anything different or harder than a normal boss other than kill himself. why does your character even want to be the hollow knight? i thought his name was already hollow knight? how did it get all this praise? it feels like it's not even a full game. i literally put off fighting the dreamers because i thought they were boss battles. like the whole game is not even harder than the first level of megaman 11
