It's a quirk of NovelAI and a mistake on my part. By default NAI puts 'nsfw' as a negative-weighted tag, unless you specifically add it to your own tags.
I forgot to on this set, so it self-censors shit randomly. "Saggy testicles" were specifically in the prompt so it couldn't ignore those, and this pose is otherwise sfw, but I didn't tag for 'anus' so it didn't add them.
