No mate, that's me playing the game since the launch and you not taking a closer look. Or being used to some weird ass mod or house rules that changes things significantly. SF also boosts defence, breakthru and a lot of ORG with just a touch of recovery or air superiority depending on what you're going for. For something that can be adapted to whatever the fuck you're doing at the moment, with or without air, with or without armor, and works on both budget support + rocket arty and on say mounties with sh howitzers is aces in my book.
