There's a 'sode in season one. When Obrien wouldn't fix Quark's replicator. And his replicator was making bad food. And one of his customers was complaining about his soup. And he grabs Quark and force feeds him the soup. To show him how bad it is. And Odo smirks. And the guy just bullies Quark, keeps feeding him spoonful after spoonful. Until Odo stops him. And after, Quark uses stolen access codes to break into the deck where the command staff live. And uses one of their replicators to make food for his bar.
