The whole deal with Akari is that she can eat and eat and she's never full or gets fat. Haruna's the way she is because she's fit and mostly samples food. Jungo almost never gets to eat. And then there's Izumi who eats almost as much as Akari and can eat almost anything but doesn't have a black hole in her stomach.
