for the last ten minutes every time I look away from the windows of my home I see what looks like the sun rising in the periphery of my vision, but when I look back the light vanishes. This is occurring at all windows and I've seen this light 4 times. Just now my cat just hissed at seemingly nothing and ran away to hide. What is happening?
