I think Cartewheel still being able to turn into Fleurdelys in that same fight is enough evidence to say she didn't get depowered at all and she's "fully" cartewheel as she was before. It does look really weird like they are presenting it as though her Fleurdelys form is no more. Didn't cartewheel say to the Imperator that she saw her Flerudelys form as an actual piece of herself? I think that would sound a little contradictory to the story she was so willingly giving that up. Idk it was a long while since I caught up with WuWa lore and I think it can be hard to follow what's happening at times.
