forge has a soft inpainting checkbox that helps a little. Denoising strength depends on the model but usually something between 30 and 80 depending how much you want the underlying thing to change. try include everthing in the inpaint prompt that was in the original prompt except the things that are not in the inpaint area. so exclude boobs dick pubes and so on but include lighting and background since those also influence the overall lighting. make inpaint area 1024x1024 and have blur at about 32px
