Its going to be a class issue in the US because you are a neoliberal oligarchy where both parties are controlled by private interests, mostly the business class but also foreign lobbies like the Israel lobby

Contrast immigration to the US to Europe, you get illegals from Latin America (cheap labor) and elite H1Bs that compete with Americans for white collar jobs

Europeans get waves of refugees and other garbage from Africa and the Islamic world that ghettoizes and acts more like a hostile invading army

Also factor in hispanic assimilation into the white population and the tendency for other groups like asians to simply not breed and die off. As a result the conflict dynamics are different

If the borders are shut tomorrow the racial mix is ~53% white, 26% hispanic, 13% black, 8% asian in the sub-boomer generations, with the vast majority of demographic change coming from hispanics growing and whites shrinking

Its a much better (or should I say less worse) situation to be in than the Anglo colonies, where we are effectively dealing with hostile invading armies with totally alien cultures to Europe and grievances towards us

Upwardly mobile hispanics openly identify with and try to breed into the white population. George Zimmerman comes to mind as a great example of this

From a racial purity perspective, its not great, but if the non-black population mixed together you'd have a racial composition similar to Uruguay, from a genetic POV
