Ukrainian Troops Advance Over 3 Kilometers Near Orikhiv, Zelenskyy Says

Ukrainian forces have advanced more than three kilometers near the strategic town of Orikhiv in the Zaporizhzhia region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced in his nightly video address on Sunday.
"Ukrainian units are continuing our counteroffensive actions... particularly on the Zaporizhzhia front near Orikhiv. There is an advance of our troops, and as of today, it is more than three kilometers," Zelenskyy said.
He also noted that counteroffensive operations were ongoing in other areas, including near Dobropillya in the Donetsk region.
Zelenskyy praised the units involved in the Zaporizhzhia advance, specifically thanking soldiers from the 24th Separate Assault Battalion "Aidar" and the 33rd Assault Regiment. Earlier on Sunday, it was reported that these units had raised the Ukrainian flag in the village of Mali Shcherbaky, which is now under the control of Ukrainian forces. The operation improved the tactical position of Ukrainian troops in the area.
