I still remember the mental shock I had when I saw MP100 for the first time after seeing a lot of fan art of Mob and Reigen and being convinced by a couple of anons on /cm/. I genuinely believed that the anime was a comfy SoL about a father and his shy son and that fan artists simply liked incest, but after watching the first episode and seeing that the art style wasn't even similar to most of the fan art and that the story was a comedy about a group of dorks with powers and ghosts, I could only wonder, “how the fuck did this produce so much art that doesn't resemble it at all?”
Even so, I enjoyed watching the first two seasons of Mob.
