maybe? she doesn't take any of it off for her swimsuit skin. if her normal dark horn material gives way to the purple starry stuff closer to the tips it would actually sort of explain why she's got the goofy armor plates on them. I assume it's part of her and she just has cool unique horns for being the strongest
if they're like little embellishment hats for her horns that's sort of disappointing but I'd have to see the natural tips to decide
