My last job was at a hospital, the absolute worst part was some days I'd work until about 11pm, get home at 12am and then have a shift that starts at fucking 6am, meaning I had to be up at 4.

The job was so depressing that on weekends, instead of vidya and doing fun shit I'd just get blackout drunk all day every day, then start the week again completely hungover/drunkover.
