Though you can try "strongly imply without explicitly stating" technique to get around filters if you insist on using it.
Something like "she is relaxing on the beach and enjoying the lovely summer sun after a hard day of work" might have a better chance to go through than sunbathing.

The thing is, it is ultimately a very arbitrary threshold system in which very random combinations can trigger the censorship, or let it slip pass the filters.
Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason, just pure trial and error until you find out what caused its hissy fit.
