Nier is a good game and I'd say 2Bs design is better, I certainly wouldn't confuse her for a generic gacha/mmo/rpg character. The covered eyes do tell a bit about her character arc and the theme of the games while also giving her a slightly more ethereal look, her dress is also simple and both sexy while also having enough details and patterns to not make it look super bland
It does suffer from not looking like a robot girl though with the covered eyes being too little, I'll give you that.
