I didn't hate this ship on the first watch, but the second time around I didn't like how flat of a character Michael was and how all the chemistry with Jentry was really in the first two or three episodes.
They had their cute moments, don't get me wrong, but the show made this ship seem like a stepping stone to the endgame ship of Kit and Jentry.
