What are the mental proceses that go through their head when they buy such things and voice their support for such causes? Cause it's certainly not about beleif, and it's utterly devoid of integrity. I just have to wonder, because when they do something with no integrity like that, how do they confront that within themselves? A lot of the time they go out of their way to be performatively like this even though nothings being held against them to threaten them in any immediate fashion for not doing so. Is it just guilt tripping? Do their minds get overrided with emotions? It seems like it tends to be a female thing. Just curious.
If I were to guess it's a thing that women do when they perceive some kind of cultural dominance in some way. Women obviously seek out protectors, and in the natural order that's in the form of patriarchy, a strong male force in their lives, or, God, but other things like government can take that role, and in seemingly heated unstable times, hegemony, at least to some degree.
Also, such people can change for the better because my sister used to do this kind of thing. She had a ukraine flag profile picture when it was "the thing", and she's far from that now, glory to God.
Anyways sorry I'm yapping.
