If you want to truly be autistic about heights, I recommend making a height chart that uses the average skull size along with your measurement of choice.

I am a Burger, so I use inches. I converted your height desired into consumable burger inches, slapped the skull on it, and then drew the body to reach the height and attach the skull. Skull averages are just that, averages, so you can shrink or expand the skull SLIGHTLY in order to acheive a more balanced look. But they're not going to be 8 heads tall, as adults have similarly sized heads, and children have smaller heads. This is why dwarves do NOT look like small children; their organs and brains and the like are sized like adults.

I also grabbed a photograph/still from someone who claimed to be of that height and compared my accuracy. My skull size was off initially, as was the size of the ribcage. It's fixed here though. The 8-heads-tall thing is largely a suggestion and isn't accurate to life or all people.
