I really doubt it. Saudi's love horses, including but not limited to Arab horses and Thoroughbreds, but they're not stupid enough to include Arabs into horse racing, unless some prince pulls a meme move like they did with SNK.

And it's not that Arab Breed horses don't race, they just only do niche endurance racing.
