That one... My dad used to take it back in the ye' old days when he didn't have renal issues and blood pressure issues, he was actually really healthy as a young man 'cause he was a bodybuilder too, but now his body is shitty and collapsed, poor dude. What does creatine help with? Muscle reinforcement/growth/elasticity? I know I could look these answers online but gettin' them straight from the source, aka people who use it, feels more interesting.

I think the issue with some extreme sports is that it can quicken or provoke a faster time of childbirth, like, it'll speed up the process and induce labor too early. That's what I saw online. And using 'roids during pregnancy is a gigantic nope too.
