Not sure why you are bringing them up when I never mentioned them, but yes they are inferior to Neuvillette if that's what you're wondering.
I feel like you are lost so I'll say my point again, Clorinde gets shit on because her best does more damage the less you use her, meanwhile in Neuv's best team, you will lose damage if you don't use him. This isn't a matter of what characters they use but how they contribute to their own team.
