I doubt that would work just because people don't take those guys very seriously. I'm sure they will try though.
I also doubt the main villain won't usurp Ultima as the big threat.
Hell I'm pretty confident you're gonna fight Ultima before you fight this guy, since Arc never got to show this actual fight, making it post-series content.
