But for the first time i wouldnt take it too late, because you wont know how much it impacts your sleep, even if you dont feel it anymore. So for the first time take it at noon or early afternoon the latest. And if it doesnt do shit, even at higher doses, then sell your ritalins to other people and use that cash to buy different drugs lmao
