There's a website I use called Avianon, the guy who runs it made a hero, unit, and creature builder for 6th edition WFB, letting you build wholly custom new hero/units/creatures. Does 40k have something similar for 4th or 3rd edition 40k? I know it's got that vehicle builder and the make a creature thing from the annuals, but has a fan made a unit/hero creator?
