Sounds like some head canoning to try to blend them all into one since your thing seems to be Jeanne d'Arc historically and religiously. Her self loathing is a thing yeah but I don't think it has to do with some wanting to be her sister. I much enjoy her burning hatred and all that. While her being for (You) and mellowing out somewhat has been god I fear that's probably a reason she's been written out of the story. It's gotten conflicted and shit. FGO has such bad writing in general though its not worth thinking too hard about.
