Like I said, the "summoned from hell & contracted" type of whatever you want to call it.
Everyone translates things differently in each different franchise because the nips simply have far more words than whatever "demon/devil/fiend" and the like can entail.
For example the "demon" used in Kimetsu no Yaiba refers to Oni, i.e. the mythological counterpart of Benimaru/Shion/Shuna and not the "daemons" like Diablo.
With the sheer number of terms with entirely different meanings that are often just translated as "demon" by lazy TLs, something like "just referring to DnD terminology" alone won't be enough either.
