Fake congestion system to make the game seem "busy" when it's not. Knowing square, the guy who implemented it no longer works for them or his contract is up and they have no idea how to remove it and are too scared to because the code is linked to the aetherite system. Usually you can get in within 5-10 mins tho sometimes, other times it's like 20-30 depending on whatever. Life stream helps, but they should remove the congestion thing.. why didn't we just get a queue system
