Don’t forget that Kamala was such an unpopular candidate she got humiliated by Tulsi on the first debate and never recovered. That shit sticks for a long time and they didn’t even primary.
>But they’re not legally required to!
Sure but this is why democrats lost in the first place. They kept subverting democracy and it backfired on them repeatedly. It failed with the pied piper incident and it failed now. Nobody wanted Kamala. She was hated the first time for a reason.

> Accelerationism isn't just a right wing ideology. Plenty of leftists would love a hitler figure so they could justify taking up the sword for communism.
This. It’s why I kept voting for trump since 2016. Mamdani’s victory would’ve never happened under another lukewarm dem centrist. I would rather have MAGA win again and again than have another neoliberal dem like Biden or Kamala win again. “Vote Blue No Matter Who” is useless and only signals to the DNC you don’t have to actually try.

This. I’m not saying it’s morally correct but when you actively fuck over your population with shitty policies and give them almost nothing, what do you expect? It’s
>nobody owes you anything
but then they expect blind loyalty from you. The people have tried to go the peaceful “democratic” route, but then guess what happens. Whatever you think of Donald Trump is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is
>the establishment can undermine democracy and rig the primaries of an opposing party to give themselves an “easy opponent.”
>the establishment would sooner risk letting Donald Trump in power than letting Bernie be the front runner.
Peace has been tried and it has failed. It’s not hard to see why people would turn violent. You can say “it’s a republic not a democracy” or how it’s all “legal” all you want, but at the end of the day you’re still fucking over your own people and expecting it to go smoothly forever is naive.
