Well yeah that's obvious. The powers recently given were that they can take you to court in absentia for not following their stupidity. They can fine almost the entire internet.
This act is doomed to die since it's an american company that takes your ID to authenticate also, they can sell your ID.
Only way to kill this in the crib is an outright ban on UK IPs on major internet websites until the act is struck.
