Idw give the unpleasant details, but I think my problem is that caffeine jacking up peristaltic movement as it does in many, or motion of the intestines, and the cream feeding lactose into the gut flora that cause a chain reaction of gas displacement, which creates an anaerobic gap between the lining, which creates more gas, until something has to give, which is the symptoms it produces.
I guess that was tmi anyways, but there it is. It was probably the worst pain of its sort I have ever experienced, you don't even know. Phew.
