There's enough wriggle room from how vague the details of Sitri's creation are but it's still pretty fucking weird. Even discounting that Byleth is not literally Sothis like >>718282593 said Sitri is either like a clone of Rhea but still a little different or is just like Rhea's daughter even if not literally. The debate is whether she's Byleth's grandma, mom, or both.
